Our site is fully accessible, with accessible parking bays in all of the nearby car parks for those who hold a Blue Badge. A drop off area is also available directly at the front entrance. Both the front and back entrances are wide and have motion sensor automatic doors.
Our reception is located on the ground floor and has a lowered counter area, with a hearing loop system available. A lift, adjacent to reception, provides access to all upper floors. Accessible toilets are located on the Upper Ground, First Floor and Second Floor of Ranfurly House.
All of our outdoor areas are fully accessible. Due to the nature of the site, ramps provide access to the raised areas on top of the hill, and also down into the expansive garden areas.
The glass viewing tower also contains an accessible toilet, while a lift provides access to the elevated glass surrounded viewing platform.
Hill of The O’Neill welcomes your feedback on any areas that could be improved to enable us to make the visit more enjoyable for all our customers, and we will act to include changes where reasonable and possible to do so.
